Improve service quality while following the conventional business flow

The Katsunuma Nursing Center began reviewing its communication infrastructure in 2018. Following the termination of the pager service used for the nurse call receiver, the company is preparing an alternative platform. There are several points in the efforts of such a facility.

The first is to minimize changes in the business flow due to the renewal of the infrastructure. Calling residents via a nurse call and responding to them are one of the most important things in their daily work. If the work flow changes, there is a risk that the response to residents will be significantly affected. For this reason, the aim was to suppress changes in the flow as much as possible.
